Practical Point-of-Care Musculoskeletal POCUS in the Emergency Department
This workshop will explore the use of musculoskeletal point-of-care ultrasound in the emergency department setting. It will provide hands-on practical stations using a combination of live models and phantoms with stations such as; joint effusions, dislocations and intra-articular injections, intra-articular haematoma blocks, lumbar puncture landmarks, needle guidance and nerve blocks. It will be taught jointly by Sonographers and Emergency Physicians.
Collab Lab
An informal forum for POCUS Leaders and enthusiasts to hear, share and discuss how to achieve trainee competency and other aspects of POCUS teaching and POCUS program development.

Candidates – Emergency Medicine Physicians, (FACEMs and Trainees) Sonographers, Paramedics and other intersted doctors and allied health practiotioners.
