Joining EMUGs in 2017, Romy is the engine room that drives EMUGs efforts to achieve its mission.

Stacey Davidson brings 25 years of experience helping leaders and organisations move through complexity with clarity, confidence, and purpose.
As CEO of EMUGs, she works closely with the Board, Management Team, and clinical leaders to shape the organisation's direction and sustain its impact across the point-of-care ultrasound (POCUS) community in Australia and New Zealand. She has been a central part of EMUGs' evolution since 2017.
Alongside this role, Stacey works with senior leaders and purpose-driven organisations through her independent practice at StaceyDavidson.com.

Cian is the founder of OFFMUTE, a creative agency helping organisations communicate their purpose through strategy-led marketing and digital design. He brings a mix of creativity, clarity, and commercial understanding to EMUGs, supporting its mission to expand the reach and impact of POCUS in critical care. Passionate about purposeful design, Cian is proud to contribute to EMUGs’ ongoing story of innovation and collaboration.
